   About Februus
History

Februus is an experimental 5-piece rock band based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Our music is a little difficult to categorise as despite having a very recognisable 'sound', many genres have been incorporated over the 4 years the project has been active. From straight-out Metal to atmospheric Ambient music; Gothic Rock to Industrial - "What do you sound like?" has always been a tricky one to answer!

All of our music is available to download for free. Everything we have ever made, and everything we will make in the future as "Februus" will have no price tag. We record and perform for the love of it. We hope you love listening.

While we are making a new website which will archive all of our material for easy downloading, take a look on our Last.fm page for any tracks or albums you want.

Yeah, Don keeps telling me off for not bouncing down my tracks or for like throwing too many inserts around, but what if I need to change them later? :o

I really can't wait for Halloween either but I can't decide what to go as for Alice's party. Hmm...

Yes, we've done a "rebranding," hope you guys are still going strong - we're currently training up to be a 4 piece, new material to write and all that, I guess we could do a gig if we had at least 2 months to prepare tho, and it'd have to be in the 'burgh! With a Glasgow one to follow a little later down the line.
...the story continues!
